We are often called to translate culturally responsive and equitable practice to reach a range of audiences. One area of growth for learning organizations has been when and how to provide training or facilitation support to their board, senior leadership, staff, and community partners. During the collaborative planning and design phase, the question always arises, How will we support organizational learning and development with equity front and center?
