Research & Evaluation Assistant

Mirror Group is searching for a full-time new and/or emerging Research and Evaluation Assistant that will bring their qualitative and/or mixed methods skills, drive and energy to support 2-4 MG research, evaluation, learning and strategy contracts. The ideal candidate will combine technical skills with lived experience and a commitment to make data and information accessible to priority communities and learning organizations. This position requires reliability, flexibility, and a learning + action posture to be responsive to Mirror Group evolving project needs. The R&E Assistant will report directly to the Project Manager, collaborate regularly with Research & Evaluation Associates, and work with other MG collaborators as needed. We are seeking candidates with experience Conducting Literature Reviews, Implementing Data Collection, Producing Descriptive Statistics, and Coding and Retrieving Qualitative Data. The successful candidate will be adept at qualitative and/or quantitative data cleaning, coding, and analysis, has supported at least one evaluation project from design to dissemination, and is eager to enhance the capacity of a growing consulting firm in a fast-paced, creative remote, virtual team environment with opportunities for on-site engagement once travel resumes. Research & Evaluation Associate

Mirror Group (MG) is seeking a full-time Research & Evaluation Associate to coordinate and support multiple MG research, evaluation, learning and strategy contracts. This position involves a combination of data analysis, tool creation, process design, and project coordination, working with a mix of MG staff, clients, client-site staff, and external consultants. The R&E Associate will bring their experience with developing, executing, and analyzing social science research, program evaluation, and/or strategic planning and execution efforts to work under the direction of a Project Manager or Project Director on a variety of evaluation, learning and strategy projects. We are seeking a candidate who is experienced in Developing Evaluation, Learning & Strategy Project Design, Project Coordination, Designing Qualitative and/or Quantitive Data Collection, Analysis, and Results, and Developing Reports. This person will be expected to contribute to 2-4 contracts from launch through final deliverables and dissemination. The successful candidate will thrive both independently and with a team, and will have a flexible approach to challenges in a fast-paced, creative remote, virtual team environment with opportunities for on-site engagement once travel resumes. Project Manager

Mirror Group (MG) is seeking a full-time Project Manager to lead our internal consulting teams and manage an assigned portfolio of 2-4 projects. This position will lead new and upcoming evaluation, learning and strategy projects under the direction of a Project Director. Along with contributing core project work in their technical and subject matter expertise, as Project Manager this person is responsible for all aspects of project and personnel management including Project Oversight, Manage Standards, Project Team Lead, and Project TeamSupport. The successful candidate will have technical expertise in one or more of our six areas of practice + project management, project implementation/execution, and project and administrative management responsibilities in a remote, virtual team environment with regular on-site engagement once travel resumes.
